U.S. Treasury Auctions
Rob Nord, as an auctioneer, working with Rick Levin & Associates, Inc. is part of a nation-wide team of companies led by VSE Corporation that has recently been awarded a contract to support the U.S. Department of the Treasury seized and forfeited general property program. The contract will also support other U.S. law enforcement agencies participating in the Treasury Forfeiture Fund, including the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Secret Service, and the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, this contract will provide services supporting certain properties under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice, Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, U.S. Coast Guard, Office of Foreign Assets Control, Food and Drug Administration, and other Federal agencies.

Location:  The auction will be conducted at the Geneseo                        Community Center.  (541 E. North St., Geneseo)


Selling approximately 88.83 acres of level to gently undulating farmland.  The farm is located just outside of Geneseo, IL- is zoned AG-1;  access onto the property is excellent with hard-surface roads bordering each tract.  This property will be divided into several tracts, (lot sizes to be determined).  Buyers will have the opportunity to buy as few as ten acres or keep the entire farm in tact.
